Quality Management Policy

The Management of P-I Zannis & Associates, whose main activities include MEP Design and Supervision, declares that with regards to the company Quality Management Policy, we strive to the continuous improvement of the quality of our services, the documentation of our performance, and the complete customer satisfaction.

Confident about the need of constant quality improvement, our company is commited to implement a Quality Management System, according to the standard ISO 9001:2015 and by adhering to the principles stated below, which constitute our company policy:

  • In the application and constant system improvement according to national and European legislation, and the system manual
  • In continually observing, and adapting to national and European legislation, according to the relevant authorities.
  • In customer satisfaction with regards to the quality of services by our company, dealing with complaints with documented processes, in a timely and exact manner.
  • In the constant training of all company personnel, in issues regarding the effective function of the Quality Management System, an also by sensitizing our personnel on issues regarding Quality.
  • In establishing yearly targets, which are specific, attenable and measurable, and the meeting of which is a commitment for the company as well as the personnel.
  • In minimizing dangers and protecting the company personnel, as well as the public, by adopting safe methodologies and processes, for routine tasks and also for emergencies.
  • In allocating available resources to the implamentation of the company policy and the objective targets set by management, which support the current policy.
